Executive Assistant – Analytics & Business Operations

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp and driven Executive Assistant – Analytics & Business Operations to work closely with the CEO and support high-impact strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, and contributing to growth strategies—especially in aftermarket business and expansion projects.

What You’ll Do

- Analyze business data to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Build and manage KPI dashboards, reports, and performance tracking systems
- Support business planning through market research, demand forecasting, and expansion analysis
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive execution with cross-functional teams
- Track key strategic and operational initiatives end-to-end
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Enhance internal reporting systems for better visibility and communication
- Contribute to leadership discussions with data-backed insights

What We’re Looking For

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Good understanding of business operations and strategy
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and presentation tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP – SD/FICO preferred)
- High attention to detail and structured thinking
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, curious,



and eager to learn
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory

Education

- Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or any discipline
- MBA from a reputed institute is a plus

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business planning, or roles in Sales, Operations, or Finance
- Experience in a fast-growing or performance-driven organization is preferred
