Spanish Language Expert (Bilingual – English & Spanish)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Are you fluent in Spanish and English with a passion for communication and customer service? We’re looking for an experienced Spanish Language Expert to join our team for a US-based International BPO process.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage customer interactions (voice, email, chat) in Spanish and English.
- Translate and interpret between both languages with accuracy and professionalism.
- Deliver high-quality customer support to US-based clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in a BPO or customer service role (US process preferred).




- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (verbal & written).
- Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone).
- Immediate joiners highly preferred.
