Job Description: Project Head - Construction (Residential & Commercial)Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Oversee multiple residential and commercial construction sites, managing the full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment to ensure profitability.
- Scheduling & Timelines: Create, track, and maintain comprehensive project schedules (e.g., in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6) to meet milestones, as outlined by Jobsoid and Indeed.
- Site Supervision & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, building codes, and legal regulations on-site to ensure a zero-injury workplace.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor construction quality and progress to ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular progress reports.
- Team & Vendor Management: Recruit, manage, and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
