Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge with an Electrical Engineering background to oversee store operations related to electrical raw materials, components, and inventory management for elevator manufacturing operations.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Stores & Inventory Management
- Experience in Elevator / Any Electrical Components Manufacturing Industry preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of Stores operations for RM Electricals and related materials.
- Implement and manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and ITR processes in a timely manner.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch team for timely fulfilment of Sales Orders and Export Orders.
- Conduct regular stock audits on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Implement and maintain 5S methodology in the Stores department.
- Perform stock reconciliation and coordinate with the Purchase department for material requirements.
- Prepare daily reports highlighting shortages against Sales Orders, ITRs, and Export Orders.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and identification of electrical materials and components.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation in ERP/SAP systems.

Required Skills





- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records/reports
- Valuable coordination and communication skills
- Basic understanding of electrical components and inventory handling

Qualification

- Any Graduate / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering
- Candidates should have knowledge of electrical components, inventory handling, and store management processes.
- Candidates with experience in handling RM Electricals, electrical panels, wiring materials, switches, relays, contactors, and other industrial electrical components will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of ERP/SAP systems and documentation processes is desirable.
- Experience in Elevator, Lift Manufacturing, or Engineering Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
