Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in healthcare, pharma, or medical marketing).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple relationships effectively.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and travel.
- Fluency in English and local language.

Preferred:

- Experience working with doctors, clinics, or hospitals.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing and lead generation processes

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers to promote STRATIST’s services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals.
- Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly lead targets.




- Identify new partnership opportunities within the healthcare segment.
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, tie-ups, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Collect feedback from doctors & brands and report market trends to management.
- Represent STRATIST professionally during client interactions and events.

- Up to 30,000/- Monthly Salary.
