Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager – Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations in a global HRO environment. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in US Payroll, Oracle HRMS, SAP SuccessFactors, payroll compliance, service delivery, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end payroll service delivery across global HRO programs.
- Manage US payroll processing, statutory compliance, tax filing, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and payroll governance standards.
- Oversee payroll processing, reconciliations, and year-end activities.
- Utilize Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors for payroll operations.
- Drive automation, process improvements, and operational excellence.
- Handle payroll escalations and resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.




- Ensure payroll accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or a related field.
- Payroll certifications (CPP/FPC) are preferred.
- Experience in Payroll Operations, HR Operations, HRO Delivery, or Service Management.
