Job Summary :

Vacancy for Distribution Executive for Pharmaceutical Marketing Company.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Tracking of All Inward/ Outward Consignments & Follow-up
- Detail reconciliation of all computer stocks at C&S; & H.O
- Monitoring of Near Expiry stocks at C&S; & H.O
- Claims of shortages during dispatch must be followed up with transporter. All necessary documentation must be done for claims.
- Transit insurance, go-down fire & theft insurance must be active at all the times & claims must be pursued
- Checking & Entries of Transporter, Courier & All Inward Material Bills.
- E-way Bill preparation & Online Road Permit responsibility
- Proforma Invoice & GST Invoice preparation
- Entire Distribution/ Billing – to ensure stocks are transferred & dispatched to the place (To C&S;, Stockist & Direct Parties) [Invoice preparation/ Dispatch Details/ LR Follow-up/ Tracking of the Consignment till it reaches the destination] + Dispatch Details




- Coordination with Transporter for the goods & also timely receipt of the same by the Party
- Proper Maintenance of stocks (Finished products/ Packing Material & Samples) records
- Packing Material Inventory

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

- English Communication
- Computer Basic Skills (MS Office, Internet, Software Savvy & Basic Working Knowledge)
- Pharmaceutical Distribution Experience of at least 2 years is mandatory

Benefits :

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
