- Attending complaints in the assigned region
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
- Respond to and resolve technical faults reported by schools
- Preventive maintanance of all classrooms at regular period.
- Collect various documents from schools and upload the same in CRM
