Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will design engaging marketing creatives and edit high-quality videos for healthcare, wellness, nutraceutical, skincare, and e-commerce campaigns. The role requires creativity, strong design skills, storytelling ability, and an understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Design creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Create banners, posters, brochures, flyers, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Design website banners, landing page creatives, and e-commerce assets.
- Develop product packaging concepts, labels, and branding materials.
- Design email marketing creatives and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Create infographics and educational healthcare visuals.

Video Editing

- Edit promotional, product, testimonial, educational, and brand videos.
- Create short-form videos and reels for social media.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, and sound effects.
- Optimize videos for YouTube, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms.
- Produce product demo videos and healthcare awareness content.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaign videos.

E-commerce Support

- Design product listing images following marketplace guidelines.
- Create Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C website creatives.
- Enhance product images through retouching and background removal.
- Design festival and promotional campaign creatives.
- Support product launch campaigns with visual assets.

Brand & Marketing

- Work closely with Digital Marketing, Content, SEO, and Social Media teams.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

- 2–7 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Experience in healthcare, nutraceutical, wellness, skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing projects is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Meta Ads creatives and Google Display Ads.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare branding and regulatory compliance is an added advantage.
