Business Development Executive – Real Estate Sales Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive to lead sales initiatives, generate revenue, and build strong client relationships in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage HNI clients and high-value property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage leads through various sales channels
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Handle HNI clients, investors, and potential buyers professionally
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing and documentation
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline update.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Real estate sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment
- Professional personality with excellent client-handling skills
