Job Description:

· Handling of GC & HPLC Machine.

· Sampling and labelling of RM, FG and intermediates.

· Maintaining register of analysis, moisture, KF, titrations.

· Sample preparation, titration & weight analysis.

· Create COA.

· GC troubleshooting.

· Check and sign SOP.

· Work in SAP.

· To Maintain control sample.

· To check the online product compliance as per specification and troubleshoot the problem arise during online checking in production and packing line.

· Sampling of Raw Material, In process bulk sample.

· Review and verify the QC test results.

· Co-ordination with external labs for outside lab testing, review the reports and convey the result to the management.

· Preparation and standardization of volumetric solution.

· Calibration of pH meter, Karl Fischer Titrator, Melting Point Apparatus.

· Preparation of control sample,



entry of control sample and storage of control sample.

· Ensure storage of finished goods control sample and periodic inspection of control sample.

· Maintain the log books and records in QC laboratory.

· Maintain the designated areas, log book of allocated instruments.

Maintain the analytical instrument in working condition

Pay: ₹190,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
