We are looking for a seasoned Perfumer to lead the development of authentic fragrances for a new premium perfume brand. This role is ideal for someone with a robust understanding of fragrance creation, raw materials, accords, and market trends, with the ability to transform creative concepts into commercially successful scents.

Responsibilities

- Develop original fragrance compositions and accords.
- Create fragrances based on brand briefs and product positioning.
- Refine and optimize formulations through testing and evaluation.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
- Source and recommend fragrance ingredients and suppliers.
- Stay updated on global fragrance trends and innovations.
- Maintain formulation records and development documentation.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in perfumery or fragrance development.
- Strong knowledge of fragrance raw materials, accords, and olfactory families.
- Experience developing fine fragrances for commercial use.
- Excellent sensory evaluation and formulation skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
