Abu Dhabi Motors is looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Quality Controller to join our premium automotive service center. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and experience coordinating workshop operations while ensuring high-quality vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and understand their service requirements.

* Prepare job cards and service estimates.

* Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress.

* Keep customers updated throughout the service process.

* Inspect completed repairs and ensure quality standards are met.

* Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.





* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive service industry.

* Experience with premium or luxury vehicles is preferred.

* Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team.

* Attention to detail and a professional attitude.
