Eligibility Criteria

✔ Age: Up to 45 Years
✔ Graduation Mandatory
✔ Minimum 4–8 Years of Relevant Experience
✔ Experience in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage, Banking Sales, or Financial Services Preferred
✔ Strong Sales & Business Development Skills
✔ Good Communication and Relationship Management Skills
✔ Ability to Achieve Business Targets and Drive Team Performance
✔ Local Market Knowledge Preferred
✔ DSA Network Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Generate Home Loan business through DSA, Builder, and Open Market channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, customers, and business partners




Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
Source quality Home Loan cases and ensure smooth processing
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure excellent customer service and customer retention

✔ Experience in Home Loan Sales / Mortgage Business
✔ Strong DSA and Builder Network
✔ Proven Track Record of Target Achievement
✔ Leadership Skills (for ASM Position)
✔ Self-Motivated and Result-Oriented Professional
