- Job Description:

- - Perform Input study & Prepare queries on Cad/BOM/NGD/Material/Connections etc.
- Apply BOM and applicable FE mechanisms/functions in the Safety models.
- Perform de-penetration/intersection within the model & with other models.
- Prepare the sub system model connections (Spot, Seam, adhesives, joints, Bolts),Contact Interfaces, Database history and runnable analytical assemblies with required deck info.
- Able to review the Safety models using standard check sheet & set process.
- Able to perform debug & fix the errors in the models for ls dyna.
- Valuable communication skills and experience with MS office excel and PowerPoint to present data.
- Experience in tools like HM,ANSA,



Hyper crash, Primer, Team center, Hyper works and Solvers like LsDyna/Radioss.
- Team Center & radios debug knowledge are additional requirements & preferable.

- Skill Set:

- - HYPERMESH / LS-Dyna

- Domain Knowledge:

- - Hands on experience in developing anyone of below System CAE modules

- PT: Engine, Transmission, Exhaust, Fuel System, EV batteries, HV wire, etc..
- Chassis: suspension, Steering, Brake, Subframe, Frames, tires and perform simulations for pre-loading conditions
- Interior: IP trims, Door trims, IP Console, Headliner, Hardtrims, Floor carpet, HVAC, seat etc..
- Exterior: BIW, closures, exteriors, Ped-Pro models. Able to debug weld/BOM models
