Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business. You will oversee our e-commerce operations, optimize the customer shopping experience, manage online storefronts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the brand's e-commerce website (Shopify or similar).
- Maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, and online merchandising.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work with the Marketing team to support digital campaigns and improve online sales.
- Manage marketplace operations (Amazon, Myntra, etc.), where applicable.
- Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor website performance, customer experience,



and key e-commerce metrics.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the online shopping experience.

What We Expect

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, D2C, or retail.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience managing product catalogues, inventory, pricing, and merchandising.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales metrics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
- High ownership, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
