Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer – Expediting & Export to manage project execution from order receipt through final delivery. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, expediting procurement and manufacturing activities, managing export documentation, and ensuring timely shipment of orders to global customers.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

Coordinate project activities from order confirmation to final dispatch.

Monitor project schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.

Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Track project progress, identify potential delays, and initiate corrective actions.

Prepare and share regular project status reports with stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with customer specifications and contractual requirements.

Expediting & Export Operations

Coordinate export shipments in line with project schedules.

Prepare and verify export documentation, including:

Commercial Invoice

o

Packing List

o

Certificate of Origin

o

Bill of Lading/Air Waybill

o

Shipping Instructions

o

Export Declarations

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agencies.

Ensure compliance with export regulations, Incoterms, and customer-specific shipping requirements.

Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.

Documentation & Customer Coordination

Maintain complete project documentation and records.





Ensure timely submission of project documents and reports.

Support project close-out activities and final document handover.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project execution and shipment status.

Participate in customer meetings and internal project review discussions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

3–8 years of experience in Project Coordination, Expediting, Export Operations, or EPC/Engineering Manufacturing projects.

Required Skills

Project planning and scheduling

Vendor coordination and expediting

Export documentation and logistics management

Knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms

Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines

Preferred Experience

Experience in engineering equipment manufacturing, process equipment, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or industrial projects.

Exposure to international customers, export shipments, customs procedures, and global project execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
