Job Purpose
Ensure error-free operations by adhering to bank processes and supervising tellers. Deliver superior customer service and achieve profitability through cross-selling and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Achieving Sales Objectives
Ensure Tellers generate sales references for liability products.
Generate leads for third-party products like MF/Insurance.
Promote saving accounts and Enet facilities for corporate clients.
Encourage customers to make the bank their primary banking partner.
Customer Services
Manage lobby, queues, and branch administration.
Ensure quality customer service and resolve complaints within TAT.
Promote direct banking channels and gather customer feedback.
Ensure staff adhere to dress code and grooming standards.
Operations
Authorize cash/transfer transactions and supervise teller counters.
Monitor large cash transactions and ensure KYC compliance.
Reconcile suspense accounts and maintain registers.
Process CBDT/Income Tax challans and US Visa fees efficiently.
Reporting and Maintenance
Report large cash transactions and FX within cutoff times.
Maintain records like Bulk Stock Register and Voucher Movement Register.
File UBS interface reports and monitor key movement registers.
Ensure proper filing of approvals and adherence to branch ops guidelines.
Staff Management
Train tellers on bank products and processes.
Monitor staff productivity and provide guidance.
Ensure regular classroom training for all tellers.
Education:
Graduate, Postgraduate preferred.
Certifications:
AMFI Certification, IRDA Certification, NCFM Certification (optional).

Banking product knowledge, team management, sales and influencing skills, planning and organizing skills, communication skills.
