Job Overview

Baseline is looking for Civil & MEPF Modellers with experience in BIM modeling for industrial and commercial projects. The role involves developing accurate 3D models, preparing detailed construction drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain BIM models for Civil and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) disciplines using Revit.
- Prepare detailed 3D models, construction drawings, layouts, sections, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and project teams for multidisciplinary design coordination.
- Perform clash detection and support model coordination using Navisworks.
- Update BIM models and drawings based on design revisions and project requirements.
- Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and client requirements.
- Generate drawing sheets, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of project models.
- Participate in coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues.
- Deliver project models and drawings within established timelines.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical,



Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in BIM modeling for Civil and/or MEPF projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
- Experience in preparing BIM models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in industrial and commercial projects will be preferred.
