ABOUT KLINIQ

KlinIQ is an early-stage AI automation and growth systems company serving health and wellness businesses, including clinics, med spas, dental practices, wellness centers, and multi-location groups.

We build AI booking and database-reactivation agents and connect paid acquisition, landing pages, GoHighLevel, Twilio, ElevenLabs, scheduling, follow-up, and reporting into one operating system. Our clients need to understand which campaigns produced qualified conversations, appointments, attended visits, customers, and revenue.

We are a small, hands-on team. Contractors work directly with the people responsible for strategy, systems, campaigns, and client outcomes. Reliable data collection, thoughtful attribution, clean integrations, and reporting that reflects what actually happened are central to how we work.

THE ROLE

KlinIQ is looking for an experienced Marketing Attribution and Analytics Engineer to design, implement, validate, and maintain the measurement infrastructure behind our client systems.

This is a hybrid marketing, analytics, and development role.

You should already have hands-on experience implementing and debugging live measurement systems. This is not an entry-level training role, but we value demonstrated work, sound judgment, and learning ability more than a senior title or a specific degree.

You will work across websites, landing pages, advertising platforms, phone systems, GoHighLevel, calendars, payment systems, and reporting tools to create a trustworthy view of the customer journey.

You should be equally comfortable reviewing a campaign tracking plan, debugging a browser event, inspecting an API payload, writing a SQL query, and explaining attribution limitations to a nontechnical stakeholder.

The right person does not simply install tracking tags. You will determine what should be measured, how data should move between systems, where it can break, how records should be reconciled, and which metrics are reliable enough to support business decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

You will own the attribution and analytics layer across KlinIQ client systems, including:

- Measurement strategy

- Event and conversion architecture

- Campaign tracking standards

- Website and landing-page instrumentation

- Call and conversation attribution

- CRM lifecycle tracking

- Appointment and revenue attribution

- Online and offline conversion integrations

- Data validation and reconciliation

- Reporting models and dashboards

- Data-quality monitoring

- Attribution documentation

- Analytics-related launch quality assurance

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Measurement Architecture

- Translate each client's customer journey into a clear measurement plan

- Define the events, properties, identifiers, lifecycle stages, and business outcomes that must be captured

- Create event schemas and naming conventions that remain consistent across websites, advertising platforms, CRM systems, phone systems, and reporting tools

- Distinguish between inquiries, contacted leads, qualified leads, live transfers, callback requests, scheduled appointments, attended appointments, customers, and revenue

- Define the source of truth for each metric

- Document which systems create, update, and consume each data point

- Design measurement systems that support both marketing optimization and operational decision-making

Website and Landing-Page Tracking

- Implement and maintain tracking across websites, landing pages, forms, calendars, chat tools, phone links, and conversion flows

- Configure Google Tag Manager, including custom variables, triggers, data-layer events, and templates

- Implement Google Analytics 4 event and conversion tracking

- Configure cross-domain tracking when users move between websites, booking tools, and external applications

- Capture campaign and click identifiers such as UTM parameters, GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, and Meta click identifiers when appropriate

- Ensure campaign data persists through forms, redirects, booking paths, and CRM creation

- Debug browser, consent, cookie, iframe, redirect, and script-loading issues

- Validate tracking across desktop and mobile devices

Advertising Platform Integrations

- Configure and validate Google Ads conversion tracking

- Implement enhanced conversions and offline conversion imports

- Configure Meta Pixel and Conversions API

- Manage browser and server event deduplication

- Map CRM and appointment outcomes back to the correct campaigns when technically and legally appropriate

- Monitor event match quality, diagnostics, rejected events, missing parameters, and platform discrepancies

- Ensure advertising platforms optimize toward meaningful downstream outcomes rather than only raw form submissions

- Collaborate with paid acquisition specialists on conversion priorities, attribution settings, and reporting interpretation

CRM and Revenue Attribution

- Integrate tracking with GoHighLevel and other CRM systems

- Preserve original source, latest source, campaign, ad, keyword, landing page, and click identifiers throughout the lead lifecycle

- Build attribution logic for form submissions, phone calls, SMS conversations, AI interactions, transfers, callbacks, and appointments

- Connect CRM activity to confirmed bookings, attendance, customer status, and revenue where data is available

- Design processes for uploading or transmitting offline conversion events

- Prevent lifecycle changes from overwriting valuable acquisition data

- Create clear rules for duplicate contacts, merged records, returning customers, and multi-touch journeys

- Work with CRM specialists to ensure pipeline stages and dispositions support accurate reporting

Call and Conversation Attribution

- Connect phone numbers, Twilio events, call tracking, AI conversations, and CRM records

- Attribute inbound and outbound calls to the appropriate source when sufficient data exists

- Capture call outcomes such as connected, unanswered, qualified, transferred, callback requested, booked, and opted out

- Reconcile call events with CRM and appointment records

- Distinguish a connected call from a qualified conversation or successful appointment outcome

- Identify gaps caused by dynamic number insertion, forwarded calls, shared numbers, repeated callers, or missing identifiers

- Ensure call reporting reflects operational outcomes rather than only call volume

Data Engineering and Integrations

- Build reliable data flows using APIs, webhooks, server-side tagging, scheduled jobs, automation platforms, or custom code

- Work with data from Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, GoHighLevel, Twilio, ElevenLabs, websites, calendars, and payment systems

- Develop transformation logic that standardizes data from multiple systems

- Use SQL to query, validate, join, and reconcile marketing and operational data

- Build or maintain reporting datasets in BigQuery, PostgreSQL, or another appropriate data store

- Handle authentication, pagination, rate limits, retries, duplicate events, delayed events, and partial failures

- Build idempotent processes that do not create duplicate conversions or revenue records

- Create monitoring and alerts for broken integrations, missing data, unusual event volumes, and synchronization failures

Reporting and Dashboards

- Build dashboards that show the full path from spend to business outcome

- Report advertising spend, inquiries, qualified leads, calls, transfers, callbacks, bookings, attendance, customers, revenue, and return

- Create views by source, campaign, location, service, audience, creative, keyword, landing page, and time period

- Build reports in Looker Studio or another approved business intelligence platform

- Ensure dashboard calculations are documented and reproducible

- Clearly label modeled, estimated, incomplete, and directly verified data

- Avoid combining metrics with different definitions into misleading totals

- Help the KlinIQ team understand what can and cannot be concluded from the available data

Quality Assurance and Data Validation

- Create test plans for websites, forms, advertisements, calls, CRM workflows, calendars, and revenue events

- Validate data at each stage before a system is launched

- Compare platform, analytics, CRM, phone, appointment, and payment records

- Investigate differences between systems and document the cause

- Test duplicate submissions, repeat visitors, returning leads, cross-device journeys, consent changes, blocked scripts, and failed integrations

- Maintain tracking and integration change logs

- Perform regression testing after website, funnel, CRM, or campaign changes

- Correct root causes instead of manually repairing recurring reporting problems

Privacy and Responsible Data Use

- Apply data-minimization principles to analytics and marketing systems

- Avoid sending sensitive or protected information to platforms that have not been approved to receive it

- Support configurable consent and tracking behavior based on client requirements

- Work with KlinIQ to implement appropriate access controls, retention practices, and credential management

- Identify privacy or compliance concerns before launching an integration

- Clearly document where customer data is collected, stored, transformed, and transmitted

- Follow client policies, contractual requirements, and applicable laws

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

A strong contractor in this role will create systems where:

- Every important business metric has a clear definition and source of truth

- Campaign and click data persist through the customer journey

- Calls, forms, appointments, and revenue can be connected when reliable identifiers exist

- Advertising platforms receive accurate downstream conversion signals

- Duplicate events and records are controlled

- Dashboards agree with underlying systems within documented tolerances

- Tracking failures are detected before they materially affect decision-making

- Reporting clearly separates raw leads from qualified and booked outcomes

- The team understands the limitations of the attribution model

- Changes are tested, documented, and reversible

- Marketing decisions are based on verified data rather than platform claims alone

PRIMARY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Performance may be evaluated using:

- Percentage of leads with complete source and campaign data

- Percentage of appointments connected to an identifiable acquisition source

- Accuracy of offline conversion uploads

- Event and conversion deduplication accuracy

- Data consistency across advertising, analytics, CRM, call, booking, and revenue systems

- Time required to identify and resolve tracking failures

- Dashboard reliability and refresh consistency

- Reduction in unattributed or incorrectly attributed records

- Data freshness

- Completeness of documentation

- Quality and usefulness of reporting for campaign and operational decisions

Not every client will have perfect attribution. Success includes making uncertainty visible and preventing unreliable data from being presented as fact.

THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT FOR SOMEONE WHO

- Only knows how to install standard tracking tags

- Treats advertising-platform reporting as an unquestionable source of truth

- Cannot debug data across multiple systems

- Reports exact attribution when the available data does not support that conclusion

- Ignores duplicate events, missing identifiers, or inconsistent definitions

- Builds dashboards without validating the underlying data

- Makes changes directly in production without testing

- Cannot explain how a conversion moved from the website into the CRM and back to an advertising platform

- Avoids documentation

This is a remote independent contractor engagement. Candidates based in India are preferred.

The contractor will:

- Work under a written independent contractor agreement

- Provide their own computer, development environment, internet connection, and workspace

- Be responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and statutory obligations, subject to applicable law
