We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to handle and grow our brand presence online. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and generating leads through effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create and post regular content (posts, reels, stories)
- Plan and execute content calendar
- Write engaging captions and use trending hashtags
- Handle comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Visit project sites to capture real-time content
- Create before/after posts and client testimonials
- Run basic Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Generate leads through social media marketing
- Track and analyze performance (reach, engagement, growth)





Requirements:

- Freshers and intermediate candidates can apply
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Creative thinking and trend awareness
- Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Valuable communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

- ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skills)
