The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving the branch's business, operational, and profitability targets by driving Gold Loan, Investment (Fixed Deposits & Recurring Deposits), and Business Loan portfolios while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and superior customer service.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Drive Gold Loan sourcing and portfolio growth.
- Mobilise deposits through Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD).
- Source and process eligible Business Loan proposals.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Monitor cash management and vault operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of transactions.
- Oversee inventory, branch assets, and security arrangements.
- Supervise gold appraisal and pledge operations.
- Ensure accurate valuation and safe custody of pledged ornaments.
- Promote Fixed Deposit and Recurring Deposit schemes.
- Lead, motivate, and develop branch employees.
- Allocate business targets and monitor individual performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
