Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join FEA as a Teacher / Employability Skills Trainer. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging learning sessions for students, helping them improve their English communication, computer skills, confidence, and overall employability.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about teaching, communication, and making a positive impact in their community.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular classes and training sessions for students.
- Teach basic English communication and employability skills.
- Help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Conduct activities, discussions, presentations, and group exercises.
- Support students in developing confidence and public speaking skills.
- Teach basic computer and digital literacy skills.
- Maintain regular attendance and student records.
- Monitor students' learning progress and provide feedback.
- Create a positive, friendly,



and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in community outreach and student engagement activities.
- Coordinate with the FEA team to ensure effective branch operations.

Eligibility

- Any graduate from a recognized college or university.
- Basic knowledge of English communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with young people.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Good English speaking and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
