- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and materials
- Monitor production output and adjust schedules as needed
- Optimize cycle time and machine efficiency
- Implement lean manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen practices
- Ensure the workforce follows safety procedures and PPE usage at all times.
- Assist in daily production planning and shift-wise target setting.
- Conduct on-the-floor checks to ensure process compliance and standard operating procedures are followed.
- Evaluate operator performance and suggest training or job rotation where required.
- Collect data and prepare reports for production, quality, downtime, manpower, and absenteeism.




- Participate in morning meetings and review sessions with the HOD and management.
- Support audits (internal/external) and ensure readiness of floor documentation.
- Monitor shift changeover process to ensure proper communication and handover.
- Handle emergency situations (machine failure, manpower shortage) with quick decision-making.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
