About the Role

We are expanding our US client-servicing desk and are looking for a detail-oriented Qualified Chartered Accountant to handle end-to-end US payroll, bookkeeping and MIS for our overseas clients. You will work directly on live US engagements, own client books, and be a key part of building our US outsourcing practice from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end US payroll processing — pay runs, statutory withholdings, payroll reconciliations and coordination with US payroll platforms (Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, Paychex or similar).
- Day-to-day bookkeeping on QuickBooks Online / Xero — invoicing, bill entry, bank & credit-card reconciliations, month-end close.
- Preparation of periodic MIS — P&L;, cash-flow summaries, AR/AP ageing and management dashboards for US clients.
- Support on US tax filing and compliance workings.
- Maintaining clean audit trails, working papers and documentation for every engagement.
- Direct email/call coordination with US-based clients during shift hours.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)



with strong accounting fundamentals.
- Strong command of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, reconciliations, dashboards).
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks / Xero; exposure to US payroll is a strong plus.
- Exposure to tax filing and compliance work.
- Fluent spoken and written English — comfortable on client calls.
- Sound grasp of double-entry accounting, reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Comfortable working independently on a night shift.
- Willingness to learn US-specific compliance (payroll taxes, 1099/W-2 basics) — training will be provided.
