Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:





- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within business-critical systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications with a focus on stability and performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to drive resolution and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure timely response.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues clearly and convey technical information to stakeholders.
