Ferroart Interiors Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and professional Counsellor to manage client interactions at our Experience Centre in Nagpur. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for guiding clients toward the right decisions, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth functioning of the Experience Centre
- Welcome and guide clients through Ferroart’s offerings and design philosophy
- Understand client requirements and counsel them toward suitable design solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships for sales and post-sales support
- Ensure clients have a clear understanding of services, process, and timelines
- Create a positive, comfortable, and premium experience for every client
- Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally




- Maintain punctuality and reliability

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills in English
- Client-handling and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently
- Organized and responsible approach

Salary & Perks:

- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
