As a Social Media Writer at Haris&Co;, you are responsible for supporting the creation of engaging, brand-aligned content across social platforms. You will execute content plans, assist in campaign development, and learn the craft of social media storytelling under the guidance of senior writers.

This is a learning-intensive role that combines writing, research, and collaboration. You will gain hands-on experience in copywriting, scriptwriting, and social content creation, building the skills required to grow into a senior writer role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Execution
● Write copy for social media posts, stories, and short-form content.
● Assist in adapting campaign ideas for social platforms under guidance from senior writers. ● Maintain brand voice and style across posts while learning platform-specific nuances.
● Support content calendar execution, ensuring posts are delivered on time.

2. Daily Responsibilities
● Produce daily content drafts and submit for review by senior writers.
● Implement feedback to improve copy quality and brand alignment.
● Monitor trends, hashtags, and social conversations for relevant content ideas.

3. Campaign & Script Support




● Assist senior writers in creating copy for campaigns, contests, and promotions.
● Help draft scripts for short videos, reels, or influencer collaborations.
● Support multi-post campaigns by ensuring messaging consistency.
● Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions, learning how campaigns are developed

4. Research & Learning
● Conduct research on competitors, audience interests, and trending content formats.
● Stay updated with social media features, platform changes, and best practices.
● Learn to translate insights into actionable copy under guidance.

5. Collaboration & Teamwork
● Work closely with senior writers, designers, production team and strategists to bring campaigns to life.
● Participate in creative meetings, offering input and asking questions to build understanding.
● Receive mentorship and constructive feedback to grow in skill and confidence.

6. Tools & Optimization
● Assist in tracking post performance metrics under supervision.
● Experiment with recent formats and content types with guidance from seniors.
