- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for all plant machinery.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as mixers, ribbon blenders, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, storage silos, rotary valves, packing machines, compressors, dust collection systems, pumps, and utility equipment.
- Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and optimize machine performance to meet production targets.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and equipment history records.
- Coordinate with the production team to minimize maintenance-related downtime.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors during maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, permit-to-work procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct periodic inspections of mechanical systems and recommend improvements.
- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of recent equipment and plant modifications.

Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
