About the Role
We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our B2B sales pipeline. You will identify the right companies and decision-makers, run personalized outreach across LinkedIn and email, and qualify leads before handing them off as booked meetings for our client sales teams. If you are self-motivated, target-driven, and know your way around Sales Navigator and a CRM, this role is for you.
What You will Do
- Identify target companies and decision-makers aligned with client ICPs
- Build accurate prospect lists using tools like Sales Navigator and Apollo
- Run LinkedIn outreach with personalized, high-response messaging
- Send and manage cold email sequences
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, and need (BANT-style qualification)
- Book calls/demos for client sales teams
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records for every prospect
- Track and report key metrics — response rate, meeting rate, and more
What We are Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, SDR, or BDR roles
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong outreach writing skills — able to craft messages that get replies, not ignored
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive)
- Solid understanding of the B2B sales process
- Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable owning outreach numbers
