- Design and develop high-pressure die casting components, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
- Hands on Experience with design software NX creating and modifying 3D casting designs & manufacturing Drawings
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
- Analyze and optimize casting processes to improve efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, process instructions, and technical reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling, processes, and product quality.
- Work closely with production teams to implement designs and ensure smooth transition from development to manufacturing.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in high-pressure casting.
