Desktop Hardware Engineer

Job Summary

We are hiring a Desktop Hardware Engineer to provide onsite desktop and laptop hardware support, Windows installation, troubleshooting, peripheral support, and end-user IT support across multiple office locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and repair desktop/laptop hardware (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, keyboard, display).
- Install and configure Windows 7/8/10/11 and device drivers.
- Support printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Provide end-user support and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Manage IT assets and software deployments.
- Coordinate with IT teams for escalated issues.
