We are looking for a Caps & Compression Molding Machine Engineer with robust hands-on experience in SACMI compression molding machines for plastic cap and closure manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up SACMI compression molding machines
- Perform mold changing, machine startup, and parameter setting
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and process-related issues
- Ensure product quality and minimize rejection
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities
- Optimize cycle time and improve machine efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Polymer Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in caps/closures manufacturing
- Strong hands-on experience with SACMI compression molding machines
- Good knowledge of HDPE and PP materials
- Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems
