Job Responsibilities:

- Attend incoming customer calls professionally.
- Answer customer queries regarding courses and services.
- Guide students about registration, payments, and class schedules.
- Reply to WhatsApp messages promptly.
- Follow up with interested students.
- Maintain daily call records and customer feedback.
- Ensure polite and professional communication with every customer.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and Basic English.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- WhatsApp handling.

Office Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain student records in MS Excel.




- Prepare payment receipts and update office records.
- Data entry and document management.
- Handle courier dispatch and inventory records.
- Maintain office files and reports.
- Support day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate with the office team.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Typing speed and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Honest, responsible, and well-organized.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
