Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations at our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Managing employee onboarding and exit processes
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Handling employee engagement and retention strategies
- Performance management and appraisal processes
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
