E-commerce Executive

Job Time: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Bond: 1 Years
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Experience: Freshers to 5 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Update product details, pricing, inventory, and images.
- Process customer orders and resolve customer queries.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Design teams for product updates and campaigns.
- Monitor online store performance, sales, and stock availability.
- Maintain product catalog accuracy and ensure data quality.
- Support day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Shopify or any e-commerce platform.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
