Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) or Technical Support Specialist based in Hyderabad with experience in X-ray operations and radiation safety. This role will support X-ray system deployments, ensure compliance with radiation safety standards, provide customer training, and assist with troubleshooting and technical support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and comfortable working directly with clients in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:





- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and operational procedures
- Support installation, testing, and troubleshooting of X-ray equipment
- Conduct client training on safe and proper system usage
- Coordinate technical support issues and escalations
- Assist with compliance documentation, inspections, and reporting
- Travel to customer sites for deployments, support, and training
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams

What We're Looking For:

- Experience working with X-ray systems, radiation safety, or technical support
- RSO certification or relevant radiation safety experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional, organized, and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed
