Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, journal entries, and payment records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's Degree (M.Com).
- 2–5 years of experience in an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
