1. Follow up with the production team to monitor daily order progress and ensure that production schedules and delivery deadlines are met.

2. Coordinate and send required samples to buyers for approval and follow up to obtain timely approvals.

3. Maintain and update complete order files, production records, sample details, and buyer approvals.

4. Coordinate closely with the Stores Department to check material availability and monitor material consumption as per order requirements.

5. Prepare, issue, and maintain sample and production files with all necessary details and approvals.

6. Follow up with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders and dispatch from the factory as per the committed schedule.

7. Regularly discuss order status, production progress, delays, and other relevant updates with the Reporting Manager and submit timely reports.

8. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of orders from sampling to production and final dispatch.

Pay: ₹13,221.73 - ₹30,000.00 per month
