Job Summary

We are hiring a US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for IT positions across the US market. This role requires robust communication, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Negotiate compensation and availability with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of recruitment experience or relevant internship.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
