- Prepare quotations as per customer requirements.
- Update and maintain customer data in the CRM.
- Follow up with customers on quotations and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Estimation, Production, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain quotation records and prepare basic reports.
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, CRM, or Quotation Management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
