We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and professional Front Office Manager with a background in Psychology to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience while managing front desk operations efficiently. A psychology background is preferred to help foster empathetic communication and a client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients and provide exceptional front desk support.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for psychologists and therapists.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate billing, payments, and administrative documentation.
- Support daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist with client follow-ups and appointment reminders.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in Psychology (preferred) or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, reception, or clinic administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and appointment management software.
- Empathetic, professional, and client-focused approach.
