We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Specialist to strengthen our brand identity and drive consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will develop and execute branding initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure all campaigns align with the company's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor branding campaigns and product launches.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, content, sales, and product teams on brand initiatives.
- Manage brand assets, guidelines, and communication standards.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners for brand collaborations.




- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative branding ideas.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or brand management.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
