Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Executive to manage billing operations, invoice processing, payment coordination, and commercial documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience handling customer invoicing, vendor coordination, ERP systems, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end billing and invoice processing.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before submission.
- Coordinate with customers for GRN generation and invoice approvals.
- Track invoice submissions, payment status, and outstanding receivables.
- Process TDS-related documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare billing, payment, and commercial MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Commercial teams.
- Resolve customer and vendor invoice-related queries.
- Maintain accurate commercial records in ERP/SAP systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial documentation requirements.

Required Skills

- Experience in Billing & Invoice Management
- Knowledge of GRN, TDS, and Payment Processing
- Strong MS Excel skills
- SAP ERP experience preferred




- Tally knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
- 1–4 years of experience in Commercial, Billing, Finance Operations, or Accounts
- Experience with SAP or any ERP system preferred

Work Location: Mumbai

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
