## AMC Sales Executive - Sewage Treatment Plant Services

- *Role*: Generate and close Annual Maintenance Contracts for existing and new STP installations

- *Key Responsibilities*:

- Identify STP sites with expired AMCs or running without proper O&M; contracts

- Build database of builders, societies, hotels, hospitals, industries with operational STPs

- Pitch AMC packages: preventive maintenance, breakdown support, chemical supply, operator deployment

- Conduct site audits to assess plant condition and prepare AMC scope + commercial offer

- Explain AMC advantages: compliance with PCB norms, reduced downtime, treated water quality

- Coordinate with technical team for audit reports, manpower costing, and spares BOQ

- Negotiate AMC value, payment terms, inclusions/exclusions, and close contracts

- Drive renewals 90 days before expiry and prevent contract attrition

- Upsell services: retrofit, automation upgrade, ZLD, plant health checkup, spares packages

- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for AMC value, renewal %, and new client acquisition

- Maintain CRM with pipeline, site visits, proposal status,



and win/loss reasons

- Coordinate handover to service team post order and ensure smooth transition

- Collect market info on competitor AMC rates and service models

- *Required Skills*:

- Basic understanding of STP process, O&M; challenges, and PCB compliance needs

- Strong sales pitch, negotiation, and relationship building with facility managers/PMC

- Ability to convert technical audit findings into commercial proposals

- Target-driven with excellent follow-up and documentation

- *Qualifications*:

- Any Graduate/Diploma/B.E with 2-6 years in AMC/service sales

- Experience in STP/ETP, HVAC, DG, lift, or facility management AMC sales preferred

- *Other*:

- Field role with 70% client visits, builder/society meetings

- Incentives on new AMC booking, renewals, and collections

- Two-wheeler and driving license mandatory

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
