Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work, collaborating with international stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in translating business needs into transparent functional and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders

Work closely with global (US/UK) stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams

Support Agile/Scrum teams by managing and refining backlogs and user stories

Conduct requirement walkthroughs, reviews, and impact analysis

Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage

Ensure requirements traceability and change management





Provide ongoing support during development and post-release phases

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst

Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working with international stakeholders.

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Domain experience in Real Estate or CRM related products

Experience supporting production issues or live applications

Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, or reporting tools

Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
