About the Role

Klickedu is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and performance-driven Social Media Officer (SMO) to strengthen our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, audience engagement, and brand building.

The Social Media Officer will be responsible for planning, publishing, monitoring, and optimizing content while working closely with the marketing and admissions teams to generate awareness and student leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Manage the company's daily social media activities and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Create captions, hashtags, reels, stories, and promotional posts that align with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to recommend cutting-edge content ideas.
- Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and organic reach.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and the content team for timely content delivery.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries professionally.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports.
- Ensure all social media content follows Klickedu's branding guidelines.
- Support event promotions, admission campaigns, webinars, seminars, and educational awareness initiatives through social media.
- Suggest creative campaigns to improve engagement and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.




- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and basic graphic editing is preferred.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Social Media Officer will be evaluated based on:

- Consistency in content posting.
- Growth in followers and audience engagement.
- Reach, impressions, and engagement rate.
- Lead generation through social media campaigns.
- Timely execution of content calendars.
- Performance of paid and organic campaigns (if assigned).
- Accuracy and quality of weekly/monthly reports.
- Creativity and innovation in campaign execution.
