Job Description

- - Develop robust dealer network across assigned Area.
- Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational goals; analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
- Preparation of monthly/ yearly sales projections, targets based on market scenario and scope, employee and dealers strength etc.; build good relationships with potential and existing Buyers, dealers.
- Responsible for achievement of AOP & Market Share.
- Responsible for implementation of Micro Planning which includes – channel development, marketing activities e.g. Farmer meetings exposure visits, product campaigns etc.
- Responsible for overall team management, administration, coordination and market development.
- Competitor Business analysis & model in the said territory
- Liaison with Govt. & bank officials.
- Concept selling among institutional clients, co-operative societies & governmental machinery, educating,



sensitizing them - Developing key institutional clients with special reference to influencing apex level government officials in state & centre / nodal agencies etc. wrt Greenhouse projects, creating awareness wrt issues & Essen’s solutions through respective technology / products / services, creating government opinion in favor of EML.
- Conduct explanatory meetings with potential clients; enhance awareness and acceptance level of Sunccol’s business solutions in respective segments.
- Continuously improve sales performance through defining and refining best practices. Lead by example by affecting direct sales!
- Be available to travel frequently to territories to support Dealers/ Fabricators /field work.
- Coordinate with Head office to ensure for smooth execution of sales , required materials and information to promote the company’s products and services are available
