Role Overview

We are looking for an Interior Designer who can contribute to designing retail environments from concept to execution, ensuring that every space reflects the brand and its intent.

This role combines design thinking, technical detailing, and real-world application.

What You Will Work On

- Retail stores across fashion, F&B;, healthcare, and commercial sectors
- Branded environments and customer experience-driven spaces
- Mall kiosks and large-format retail
- Integration of interiors, graphics, and brand identity
- Multi-location retail rollout projects

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concept-driven design solutions for retail spaces
- Translate brand requirements into spatial layouts and design language
- Prepare detailed drawings (layouts, elevations,



sections, joinery)
- Participate in client discussions, presentations, and design approvals
- Prepare BOQs to support design development and budgeting
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure design consistency across projects
- Be involved in site coordination to ensure design intent is executed correctly
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills

- Strong design thinking, space planning, and detailing skills
- Ability to take concepts into execution-ready drawings
- Proficiency in:

- AutoCAD (mandatory)

- SketchUp or equivalent tools

- Understanding of:

- Materials & finishes

- Retail/commercial design principles

- Basic BOQ and costing

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

Eligibility

- B.Sc / B.Des in Interior Design or equivalent
- 1–4 years of experience (retail/commercial preferred)

Important Note

This role is not suitable for candidates with only residential interior experience.

₹4,00,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum (based on experience and capability)
