- Cut and customize seat frame plywood according to approved drawings, measurements, and production requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in cutting, finishing, and fitting of plywood components.
- Inspect materials before and after cutting to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain proper handling and storage of plywood, tools, and equipment.
- Keep the work area clean and follow 5S and safety practices.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of seat frame customization.
- Support the Assembly Team during manpower shortages or high production demand.
- Assist in Elite vehicle fitting and assembly activities as instructed by the supervisor.

Skills & Requirements

- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and plywood cutting techniques.
- Ability to read measurements and perform accurate cutting.
- Willingness to support assembly operations when required.
- Valuable teamwork and coordination skills.
- Physically fit to perform production and assembly-related tasks.
- Ability to work under production deadlines.
